"Had a bad experience in 2016 when I used them as my first car insurance provider, they put my dads accident on my account along with my accident, and they put my accident on my dads account along with his. It took years of telling them they had the info wrong to get fixed. Finally I give them another chance in 2023 and they tell me it’ll be $370 a month for full coverage. And that I’ll save $30 a month if I get their tracking device for “drive safe and save”. So I signed up, never got the device in the mail, tried having another sent and still never got it despite making sure they had my address right; because I didn’t activate the tracker (I never got) they raised my rate from $370 to $570. Then they told me if I pay the $570 the extra $200 would go towards my next bill, and it never did. They charged me $501 the next month. I will never return to this company and don’t recommend anyone else to do business with them."
